LION CROWN PIR cold storage panels are manufactured using state-of-the-art Italian OMS foaming equipment, which employs an advanced fourth-generation fully automatic polyurethane sandwich panel continuous production line.This production line enables high-pressure and high-temperature automatic continuous foaming, guaranteeing a uniform foaming process with a closed-cell rate of over 98% for the product. These panels offer a lower thermal conductivity(<0.022/W(m·K), resulting in superior insulation performance. Additionally, they boast a fire resistance rating of up to B1 level.

lines and a full set of Italian OMS foaming equipment. The production line has a length of 240 meters, using a core 5-component foaming process and applying a
new pentane foaming technology. The length of the hot press double track machine reaches 42 meters. The longer the double track machine, the more complete
the chemical reaction between polyols and isocyanates, and the stronger the molecular structure formed. This further improves the foaming density and uniformity of
the core material, ensuring the insulation performance and bonding strength of the panels.
